Do you dream of a day out in nature for your teams? Our customer made it happen.
The advantage of organizing your event outdoors is that you get a real break from the daily grind, a bubble of fresh air that has a real post-event impact on your company's internal climate. It adds another dimension to your company day.
As the event takes place outdoors, the best time to organize it is logically in fine weather, i.e. from early May to mid-October.
If you'd like to hold your company day in the countryside during the spring or autumn season, we can also provide a venue with a fallback solution, so that you can organize your event even if the weather is bad on the day itself.
Our customer contacted us in mid-June to organize a company day.
The objectives of this event were to communicate specific messages following changes in their internal strategy, to offer a moment of convivial sharing before the annual vacations, and to federate the employees of our customer's sales team.
After a morning meeting on change management led by specialist speakers, participants gathered in a park beside a pond.
The site is a nugget between the lagoons. A picturesque and original site, sheltered from the heat by its natural woodland.
A country-style buffet awaited them in the middle of the pine forest, with a breathtaking view over the ponds.
We organize chic picnics for your corporate lunches. Your guests are sure to be surprised when they arrive in a wilderness setting and suddenly discover a superb gourmet buffet. We take care of everything, from the aperitif to the coffee and sweet mignardises at the end of the meal.
In this case, the varied buffet was a great success with all the employees (whatever their dietary requirements, since we adapt and have solutions for everyone - vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, pork-free, etc.). Thanks to the multitude of dishes on offer, there's something for everyone.
After a hearty and convivial lunch, guests took part in an original team-building activity: an evidence hunt organized in the middle of the pine forest.
Working in teams, guests completed a series of challenges and solved several riddles in an attempt to score as many points as possible.
All the challenges were on very different subjects, so that as many people as possible could take part in the activities and come out on top at some point.
For example, some challenges will test your knowledge of geography, mathematics, and music, as well as logic and thinking challenges.
Employees quickly got into the swing of things, and the competition took hold naturally, without the challenge being announced.
At the end of the allotted time, the teams discovered that the points were pooled and that the final event was a collective one.
The dynamic took on a whole new meaning, as teams now had to join forces to be victorious.
The message was clear: in this team-building event, as in everyday life, teams need to communicate with each other and stick together to achieve results and a certain collective performance.
This turnaround for an atypical team-building event was totally specific to our client, as it responded to a real company issue.
We're also here to help you find the best solutions for your company's climate and context. Please let us know about your problems and your internal strengths so that we can advise you on the best event format for your employees.
